What we collect

We collect the information needed to process an order and provide access to a download. Depending on how checkout is configured, this may include your selected product, order identifier, billing ZIP code, and basic technical information such as IP address and browser request details.

Card details are entered into Stripe-hosted fields and are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or CVV on this site.

How we use it

We use order information to confirm payment, provide the purchased file, prevent abuse, answer support questions, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Stripe may process payment information under its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider may process requests and server logs to operate and secure the site. Only the information needed for those services should be shared.

Retention and choices

We keep transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You may ask what personal information we have, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where the law allows.
